      Pros

      There is no other company that invests in their own people like Meltwater. Sales can be a tough role and most definitely demanding. I feel that Meltwater offers all the support you need to reach to new heights. This has certainly been the case for me. At the end of the day, this role has been all about 'you' and personal development. Most importantly, Meltwater does all this without losing the core value of having fun.

      Cons

      As said in the Pros, sales is never easy. It's demanding and requires a lot of tough skin. It's definitely not for everyone but that's fine.

      Pros

      A career at Meltwater will offer so many opportunities to those that work hard and maintain a sharp focus. I've had the chance to work in a number of offices around the world, and in a number of different roles too. Management recognises and rewards a strong work ethic, ambition and strategic thinking. Successful candidates will enjoy a fun, international and fast-paced environment. This is where you learn the in's and out's of sales and the curve is steep.

      Cons

      As a sales company, candidates need to expect a sales environment. Quotas, challenging situations and rejection are part and parcel of learning the ropes.
