      Pros

      Meltwater is a fun place to work which is perfectly suited to driven individuals looking to progress their career. Having spent 4 years with Meltwater where I progressed from Account Manager to Managing Director I can confirm you will find yourself in a very energetic environment where you will be pushed to reach your potential. The product is always developing which keeps it interesting and above all the people there are great so you'll find yourself making lots of new friends. As with any sales roles there can be tough periods however you will find yourself in a supportive, team orientated environment which will always remind you of the bigger picture and what you are aiming for.

      Cons

      It’s a target orientated environment which means there can be pressure at times. If you work hard and are driven to succeed then you will enjoy this however if you do not then you will find it difficult.
