      - You get exactly how much you put in. If you work hard and stick it through, you will have excellent growth opportunities at a very fast rate - You're constantly challenged and put outside of your comfort zone (people afraid of being outside your comfort zone, this is not for you) - You get access to the inner workings of the business and exposure to high level company execs very early in your career - Inspiring people!       - Constant change. Not easy for everyone to manage, but once you know what to expect, it actually keeps things exciting. - Internal communications, something that the company has struggled with for a while but actually improving now

      Pros

      I received a competitive offer from Linkedin, got to move to a city of my dreams, and had to leave what is undoubtedly the best job I have had since graduating college (even Linkedin isn't as much fun). Keep in mind this job will challenge you, but all the while you have a wonderful supportive team of mentors around you to help you succeed. And if you are in it for the long haul, their career path is much faster than other large software companies (I was promoted after 8 months). Extremely competitive salary and a lot of fun - just wish they had an office in Mountain View!

      Cons

      Honestly the challenge is being in your mid-20's having to pitch C level executives. I enjoy this though, especially because you are able to learn each client experience you have.

      Pros

      Learning about many different industries. Learning business practice. Office culture is amazing. Amazing growth potential with opportunities to travel. Rewarded for hard work. Learning from management who were once in your shoes. Everyone is promoted from within, so everyone can relate to your experience. Senior management are very accessible to you, not only within your own office but HQ too. Ask for help and you will get it. If you want to succeed, management will do whatever they can to help you.

      Cons

      The pressure to preform may get to some people. However once you learn to deal with this and strive on it, it gives you adrenaline! At the very beginning work life balance is tough. The harder you work at the start, the easier your time is in the long run. So its worth it.
