Pros

The company is not scared to invest in its people - once you've made it through the door, if you work hard and have a never-give-up mindset, it's possible to not only move up the ladder, but jump into different roles in different office locations. It's not easy, which makes success that much more rewarding.

Cons

If you work in a smaller office with fewer job functions, there will naturally be fewer opportunities for roles outside of sales or account management. This is of course true in any company.
