      Learned a lot quickly, other jobs feel easy now

      Cons

      terrible culture - someone could be 5 months out of college and be your manager, minimal management training, cult vibes like in investment banking where you get kinda conned into thinking your life is normal and the product is not worth what its sold for

      - opportunities to make good money - good place for entry level because you can learn a lot

      Cons

      - inexperienced management who have never worked anywhere else - so much Kool-Aid - complaints about sexual harassment were not taken seriously - management doesn't know how to manage or provide PD to people who have been there for over two years - work life balance was not encouraged, you would be basically shamed if you didn't work overtime - everytime I gave feedback, it somehow was spun to be an issue with me
