Pros
+great culture, good people & positive morale +great product ...and still getting better +relaxed environment (no cube monkeys here!) +plenty of perks (free lunch everyday, great events, free beer, yoga classes, etc.) +room for growth -- if said person is hardworking and knows what they want! +great location (sunny Mission district) + whiners, complainers and lazy people will not be happy here as the job can be very challenging at times (Pro: for me, Con: for them)
