      Free food/snacks at work, dogs at work, generally supportive culture, senior leadership legitimately cares about diversity and inclusion, opportunities to grow and develop are clear

      Cons

      Business units are very siloed and have their own distinct cliques, business leaders don't collaborate together well, leaders don't communicate well amongst each other, no official work from home/flexible work policy

      Pros

      + Great people to work with. + Product is something that actually will bring value to your customers and this creates a positive vibe around the sales floor. +Management very supportive regarding career plans and help you along the way. + Compensation good and targets realistic. + Great perks, I especially enjoy the trip to US twice a year for SKO:s (and free lunch of course). + A part of Cisco, which also opens a lot of opportunities also regarding career planning. + Fun extra-curricular activities.

      - Office currently a bit cramped due to massive growth, but I think that will be solved soon

      Good culture to learn and grow in, interesting problems to solve, good work/life balance and flexibility, excellent benefits, relaxed/welcoming work atmosphere

      Cons

      Other departments lack accountability and competent leadership, which bubbles up to create pretty huge problems for the company overall. Compensation is average: you can make more money elsewhere and everyone knows it.
