      Great product, great culture, great management. Free food Trips abroad Great earning potential Intelligent employees that want you to succeed. Open environment.

      None that I can think of. I've only been there a short while but off the bat if you are looking on here because you have an interview and they offer, take it.

      Pros

      Been here for 4+ years and have enjoyed the ride. Smart technology with great people behind it. Definitely has some growing pains, but leadership has continued to be very thoughtful in approach with managing scaling.

      Cons

      There is food everywhere and dieting is impossible here, if you can call that a con.

      - Friendly environment. - Free food

      Cons

      - Daily work load cannot be done in 8 hours under any circumstance. Everyone has to work at least 2 hours over-time every single day to finish up their work. - At the time of onsite interview I was told the working hours are “flexible”, but everyone is forced to work on a specific shift, mostly 6 am to 3 pm. - All support engineers have to work 2 months in an APAC shift (11 am – 8pm), for two months. This is NEVER mentioned during the interview. - Compensation is low. If you want to negotiate, you will be told to work over
