      Pros

      There are some very nice people who work at Cisco

      Cons

      I was getting paid less and less every year. Quotas became unattainable, and I was made to feel like I wasn't doing enough despite taking over an entire new territory when my colleague was laid off (for no additional pay). Company culture was lost when merge with Cisco happened.
