      +Being a part of Cisco means you have all the benefits of a large company without the anonymous culture +Career growth a guarantee if you are willing to work for it

      -Some managers seem to have benefitted from the "right place right time" situation rather than having true management potential.

      Pros

      I have been working at Meraki in sales for over 2 years and still look forward to coming into work every day. The product is fantastic, making a fun and interesting line to sell. The people have become some of my best friends. Management is full of trained men and women who I see as mentors. I have a long and prosperous career here which I am grateful for.

      Cons

      I wish we could travel into our terrotories more often. Normally you can only go 2-3 times a year but I would prefer 4+.
