Great culture and people Great office with free foods, health insurance, ETOs, etc There are some good leaders at Meraki but they are gone now It’s a place where you can get away doing nothing
Cons
The culture went downhill this year Focal process pretty much never exist Culture AMP is just for show. No feedback has been on boarded by the leadership team in HQ Talented people have left and what’s left are just breadcrumbs It’s a great place to work until you explore other options and realise there are so many better place to be
