      Pros

      Meraki has the stability of a larger company while keeping many of the benefits working for smaller companies provide. Engineers are free to pursue projects and roles they have deep interest in. The engineering culture gives a ton of latitude when approaching a problem and makes it easy to feel like you are making a real contribution.

      Cons

      Sometimes the cold-brew coffee keg runs dry and I have to skip a day of drinking it.

      Pros

      - great culture - fun place to work - the people are all amazing - the product is cutting edge and innovative - have competition at arm's length - cisco acquisition has opened many doors for Meraki to explode onto the scene - even without an engineering background, Meraki is easy to understand and demo

      Cons

      - quota is the same for everyone (does not matter what territory you have) - the west team works a lot less than the east team --- east works 6am-3pm --- west works about 8am-330/4pm

      Pros

      Good money to be had in sales. The perks and beautiful office are really inspiring. I wish other places paid half as much attention to the working environment as Meraki does.

      Cons

      It's big enough now that the experience will vary a lot depending on what team you're on. My team was great. Others... not so much. They pay well but not as well as other companies in the Valley. It's getting pretty big and Cisco-ified. A few more years and they'll be pretty much interchangeable.
