      great work life balance, job is relatively low stress

      Cons

      we are very underpaid compared to market some teams are highly over goaled no support with lead time issues this past year won't get paid until hardware ships so none of us are making our commission we are deserved!

      Pros

      This place has the best work culture I've ever experienced. I'm fully remote with completely flexible hours. Great pay, the bonus structure is awesome, they throw stock at you like it's nothing, and I got to enjoy a 4 month maternity leave with full pay and benefits and then come back to a team that was genuinely happy to have me back. The people practice deep empathy and are wholly invested in your future

      Pros

      Team was good, benefits were nice and perks were great. Team lead and managers were kind people who wanted us to grow professionally.

      Cons

      Work was terrible. Salary is very low compared to the work load. Was busy for a full 8 hours a day with barely any respute. Had to inform team when we were on our lunch breaks. Had to take phone calls to talk to customer service. Was told we are very important to the company yet had to use our own pto for shutdown days while other teams didn't.
