      Pros

      This has been the best professional experience of my career thus far. Meraki provided me with the tools and latitude to grow and excel in my position. As an SE, there were certainly periods of difficulty, but unlike other sales organizations, I was allowed to continue with my process and find in time. The company is very supportive of employees and allowed me to find joy every day.

      Cons

      Pay is not always equivalent with what you may find else where in Silicon Valley but the benefits are top notch and the culture is fantastic.
