      Pros

      -Superior product, literally one of the best products the industry has ever seen. -Strong marketing engine, tons of incoming leads. -Upward mobility, if you shine, you can transition into anything you want. -Really cool people, even the C-levels interact on a daily basis

      Cons

      -Sometimes it is difficult to navigate through Cisco, our parent company. -Only get to travel to territory 4 times a year, more would be better.

      -Fun, energetic and passionate culture that exemplifies an aggressive never-quit attitude. -Fast growing company that rewards its high performing employees. -Talented coworkers who promote teamwork. -As SE, you get to wow customers everyday with highly innovative game changing technology. -Never have seen so many random customers mob the booth at conferences raving about the products. A rare sight in the networking world, but absolutely a joy to be part of. -Embraced and given autonomy by Cisco. Cisco paid a premium for Meraki and does not want to screw it up.

      Cons

      -Some growing pains as the company expands and integrates into Cisco. -Being quick and nimble means that there isn't a formal process for everything. You must embrace a do-it-yourself approach. -Changes are constant. Can't get complacent.
