      Pros

      They have the option to work part-time, which is a good option for students. There are also good companions

      Cons

      They force employees to lie to customers, they issue memos for not meeting sales goals, and some leaders are terrible (they pressure you to sell and don't support the team).Moving on from training isn't as easy as it seems. Out of 20 people on the first day, only 4 show up, and customers are often upset.

      -great benefits - pay fairly - supportive

      Cons

      - a little more micromanagy and can be frustrating at times - due to the changes in systems used to track employees performance, it does feel like the old culture that Meraki had has disappeared and its more robotic

      Meraki's original disruptive culture has been lost with the absorption into Cisco's broader corporate structure. Morale is low with the uncertainty in the business Now starting to see great leaders and performers leaving, losing talent and culture With the business transformation progression or opportunities for growth are very limited The more absorbed into Cisco the more more processes and lengthy approval chains that occur
