Pros

Other than the pay can't think of any.

Cons

Upper management constantly deflecting blame for failed campaigns to lower level employees. Seemingly endless turnover which made it difficult to understand who was responsible for what. The wheels are constantly spinning without going anywhere.

Pros

-The pros of this job really do not outweigh the cons. Subsidized parking and free lunch don't really do much when you're being gaslighted by poor management.

Cons

-The bro culture -The bullying work environment that has gone unchecked by Cisco and management -The inability of management to hold any male employees to account. -This company goes out of it's way to not manage any situation and downplay major issues. -The ability for male employees to harass women, voice obscene opinions, and a poor HR team that is essentially worthless and defers everything to greater Cisco. -The "fake it 'til you make it" mentality that does more harm than good. -The abrasive way employees talk to each other here, and are allowed to treat certain team members is appalling. It goes largely unchecked. -Don't be fooled by the fake 5 star reviews, the hype is not real. This is a poor place to work and epitomizes what is wrong with tech jobs in San Francisco.
