      Good culture. Friendly to LGBTQ folks. Lots of cash pay. Good opportunities to impact a huge user base.

      Cons

      Ties to parent company keep making things slower and worse as time goes on. Promotions and raises happen on a very slow timetable (dictated by the parent company).

      Pros

      This place has the best work culture I've ever experienced. I'm fully remote with completely flexible hours. Great pay, the bonus structure is awesome, they throw stock at you like it's nothing, and I got to enjoy a 4 month maternity leave with full pay and benefits and then come back to a team that was genuinely happy to have me back. The people practice deep empathy and are wholly invested in your future
