      Great perks but progression is location-dependent

      Pros

      - Full of smart people who really care about the product and are willing to go the extra mile to help out - Great perks: Three meals a day provided, transport allowance, flex benefits and a great medical plan - Lots of flexibility for transfers and progression

      Cons

      - Leadership seems to be getting out of touch with ground sentiment, massive re-orgs and layoffs that make no sense - Lots of politics at VP level leading to entire teams pushed out after re-orgs - Massive focus on consolidating operations in the US so if you’re in EMEA or APAC you’re probably SOL - If you’re in APAC and work with global teams, expect to give up your early mornings and nights to accommodate US & EMEA teams - Super low morale due to layoffs and uncertainty around Meta’s future, everyone seems to be looking to leave
