Discrimination. People get promoted with very little transparency, like a cult, nobody talks about the how, the why. You can't discuss your level or your salary.
There is no career development unless you are the boss's favorite. In 3 years I've seen only a specific side of the teams getting promoted (and within the team! Collusion & conflict of interests anyone?)
In 3 years I've experienced 3 major reorg and we have been starting all over again, losing experience, reputation and sometimes even the role itself.
