Discrimination. People get promoted with very little transparency, like a cult, nobody talks about the how, the why. You can't discuss your level or your salary. There is no career development unless you are the boss's favorite. In 3 years I've seen only a specific side of the teams getting promoted (and within the team! Collusion & conflict of interests anyone?) In 3 years I've experienced 3 major reorg and we have been starting all over again, losing experience, reputation and sometimes even the role itself.

Hours can be quite bad for APAC. Have to take calls at night during NA hours.
