Pros
In the past autonomy has been very good although this is being eroded lately. The perks are very good and even remediation good for London. If you are young this is the company for you many opportunities although may require some late hours which can be rewarded.
Cons
Well know is the bad work life balance with MPK (USA) still holding the string late hours are common and needed to get on. A no if you have family. The opaque performance system leads to toxic environment of knife or be knifed. This leads to an odd mono culture where people may be diverse culturally but diverse thinking is stamped on.
