Very bad culture due to the fear of getting fired. The work is futile in most of the departments and come up with ways to extend work just to show it in Feedback cycles and managers throw people under the bus who are working tirelessly and stressed throughout. There are people who are playing the system, its a game really not a workplace where engineering is done at its best . Its 1% engineering and rest is gaming the system
