Pros

Great colleagues and perks of course

Cons

Very dysfunctional back-biting leadership. Ended up having mental health issues after I moved to the Ads team.

Pros

Working on global products that connect so many people and on cutting edge technologies. Working with smart, passionate people. Great benefits/salary.

Cons

Bottom-up culture doesn't always work well. Research was hit heavily in previous layoffs and still pressure to eliminate more through aggressive performance reviews, leading to a competitive and stressful environment to not be in the bottom 15%. This can lead some people to focus on performance review all year rather than in doing the right thing for the company.
