      Pros

      -The people here are really quite friendly and nice. -Job security for upper management; you really need to mess up to be fired. Unless you work on the shop floor. All you have to do it sneeze in the wrong direction and they will give you a warning. -Flexible schedule. You really can work whenever. -Dress code, you can wear almost anything.

      Cons

      Everything? They underpay employees, promise trips and promotions only to forget about it, don't provide adequate training, communication is horrible. They underpaid an employee $700 then asked why the employee cared that they were underpaid. You don't get support from upper management for problems so a lot of the job is trying to find solutions on your own...or saying "Screw it. My boss is wrong, but this is what he told me to do." There is nothing in the surrounding area, so if you want to do anything outside of work, you better like the outdoors. Nothing but chain restaurants and fishing. No one seems to show up to work because they WANT to...its only because they HAVE to pay the bills somehow. A co-worker regularly falls asleep in his car, desk, and in the bathroom and management has said nothing about it.
