      Career development encouraged, friendly atmosphere, interesting technology, feel looked after, employee feedback/ideas greatly encouraged

      Cons

      Smaller subsidaries of Miba don't get enough attention/resources and can be a little neglected. Not enough communication between HQ and companies - lack of cohesion. Can get political between well-meaning senior Miba management and highly knowlegable junior sector staff.
