Staff, Supervisors and Coworkers are friendly and make for an overall good working environment. Safety conscious. Good paying job. Employer provided uniforms. Decent health insurance at reasonable cost.

Cons

Unpredictable. One moment the company is really busy and you're working a lot of overtime then the next production has slowed down and you might get laid off
