Pros

Working at a very known company. That's it.

Cons

No stability, can be fired any moment regardless of performance. Tasks are tedious. Team isn't skilled with AI. Lot's of on-call duties without any extra payment. Internal tools/processes are outdated and very slow, takes forever to deliver even small things. Lot's of re-orgs, switching context. Relatively low base salary, small merit increase, small bonuses. Every year higher expectations for performance.
