Business Outlook
Pros
The benefits are beyond compare. I have never had a better medical plan or compensation. My team was great. The work was fulfilling. I would go back. Remote work options, while fewer, are still prevalent and work life balance was good.
Cons
Leave policy had just switched to unlimited at the time of my layoff. This is more of a con than pro but it can be good if you get a great manager. Layoffs seem to be ramping up. Getting an FTE position can be hard. Getting a second opportunity seems to be even harder. My team no longer exists. It was an acquisition and my opinions on culture may have been specific to that environment.
