Pros

Some smart people remain. Healthcare is good, for now.

Cons

Culture of fear, don’t take risks as it’s not worth it. SLT is so disconnected. Managers aren’t empowered. Most people hate it here after all the layoffs, mass exodus coming whenever the economy improves. Unattainable quotas, they view everyone as replaceable, culture is gone.

Pros

Great benefits package with very high salary levels.

Cons

Absolutely NO enablement. Hyper-political environment. No time for self enrichment to make up for no enablement. You are basically a sales admin, booking appointments for the accounts you support and constantly playing babysitter for the STU (specialist technology unit) to make sure they are doing their job.
