Pros

- Opportunity to connect with other areas and open to career changes - A meritocracy - Great work-life balance

Cons

- Very large company, so you're essentially just a number - Depending on some subsidiaries in sales, you'll have very different experiences based on management

Pros

The company wide benefits have been incredible. Healthcare is free, $1500 offered to all employees for wellbeing, nice stock options. Lots of learning materials available. Great technology. Culture is good (but not enforced)

Cons

As a company of 200k, I can only speak for the small piece I work in. There is a lot of disorganization and a lack of process. There is no real desire to fix it either. As a person new to role, it has been quite difficult to get up to speed. SO many materials, but lacking in focus and direction.
