Pros

Work/life balance, Interesting colleagues, Good overall package, looks good on CV

Cons

Leadership messaging poor, poor management of constant change burns you out, lack of training and skilling options, management trying to create cookie cutter resources delivering 'one size fits all' offerings which are not customer-centric, toxic culture arising from poor handling of redundancies all while Microsoft shouting about how much money they are making. Profit before people.
