Pros

1. Lot of smart people around helps with osmosis of knowledge. 2. Company in high growth phase so a lot of opportunities for leading projects within team. 3. Salary and the benefits are quite good. 4. Loved the culture as well, quite focussed on doing the right thing. Reason why customers love the product

Cons

1. Have a monolithic codebase where build time, CI pipelines are a bit slow. But efforts are on way to tackle these challenges

Pros

decent product overall and okay integrations

Cons

This company will likely become one of those that's overtaken and loses to one of the big players - MSFT, Google - or even one of the smaller players like Lucid or Mural. Despite my success, I left the company. Why? Because I have integrity and a moral compass - work at this place and you quickly realized the lack of diversity (especially in leadership), unfairness to sales reps, and many operational mishaps. Hilarious how stingy they are with equity. Do not work for this company, very selfish leades and horribly inexperienced in sales leadership specifically. Dirty sales tactics rules there and professional development is also a non-priority.

Pros

- Great product - Good base salary - No overtimes - Home office bonus during covid - Compensation of public transport - Free lunch and sometime breakfast in the office.

Cons

- Micromanagement from all levels of engineering leadership - Top-Down technical decisions from CTO to feature teams - High level of bureaucracy, as in large enterprise companies - Bad tooling, which makes day-to-day engineering job incredibly difficult - Bad engineering culture which is hard to change because of constant pressure about deadlines - Hybrid-office strategy: 2-3 mandatory days in the office instead of a full remote - Non-competitive total compensation.
