Pros

The product is intuitive and user-friendly. Hard to enter but it's a super powerful tool if you got used to it.

Cons

・ Leaderships' Terrible Management, Employee Benefits, and selfishness. ・ Unrealistic Sales Targets and demands ・ Can't expect career growth. ・ So many unnecessary procedures and rituals. ・ Extremely cost centric.

Pros

- Good product - Some great employees at middle management

Cons

- Micromanagement at every level, primarily driven by the CEO and trickling down - Senior execs are terrible at prioritizing and giving employees decent direction. They are always fighting eachother. Then they blame the chaos and tardiness on middle management and ICs - It is impossible to get stuff done in this environment. Nothing moves forward fast. For a scaleup, this is very sad to watch

Pros

SMB/Commercial segment seem to be hitting number

Cons

Customers in the enterprise segment and above have been oversold and are looking to optimise to their true usage numbers. We've had 3 different CRO's in 6-months, the last one quitting during their first quarter. No pathway to ARR number, most customers want to contract and try to keep the sales reps at arms reach while actively moving to free or cheap whiteboard products. More than half of reps are on a performance plan.
