Pros

Great company culture with flexible work from home policy. The people that work here are really great and make coming to work fun. Awesome product and decisions are made quickly and work happens on very fast timelines. Pretty good benefits.

Cons

Fair compensation (lower end of average market salary, option grants are low). They set up operations like a large, corporate organization which can be good for scale but sometimes doesn't really seem to make sense for the stage where the company currently is. Might be a plus though if the company grows as quickly as they anticipate though.

Pros

Awesome culture of giving and receiving feedback, asking questions, challenging the ways things are done. There's a big focus on process and having open, transparent communication. Miro really drinks its own champagne as a culture: every team constantly asks questions about how it can be better, function better, collaborate better. Super cross-functional teams, and a lot of room to grow as you want in your role.

Cons

Quick growth means a bit of disorganization and unclear prioritization at times. Lots of autonomy of each employee means that focus can be lacking at times. Cross cultural setting can lead to silos and redundant efforts or unclear ownership of projects across teams.
