Even with 300% growth year over year they have done a fantastic job at ensuring that original core culture never waivers and continues to be the driving force behind every decision. Its a trickle down effect from great leadership. And you can see this all the way down to the product itself. With such growth and opportunity its not always going to be pretty/easy, it can't be, but at the end of the day the culture grants everyone a voice resulting in true open collaboration so we can continue to adjust/improve together.
