      -Management has become increasingly toxic, fostering a culture of micromanagement that stifles creativity and autonomy. -Burnout is rampant. Many colleagues who burned out never returned. -High turnover: Many talented individuals have left voluntarily due to the poor management environment. -Recently, the company fired 18% of the staff without clear justification. Shockingly, many of those let go were high performers who had consistently overachieved their targets. -Just weeks after the layoffs, the company started hiring for the same roles they had eliminated, which felt disingenuous.
