      Pros

      Can-do attitude across all levels of the organisation. Freedom to do my best work my way. Flexibility in hours, location - Output focused. Customers love the product and actually want to engage with us. Good comp package and in-office benefits. Approachable C-suite Clear vision and strategy

      Cons

      Agility and adaptiveness sometimes feels like it gets prioritised over long-term vision. Changes are not always aligned with each other across departments. You have to be able to cut out the noise yourself - Miro is very thorough and diligent in comms and sometimes goes over the top with enablement, communication and channels via which this is delivered.

      Pros

      - Salaries above average, good benefits; - Company takes care about employees, no pressure, open for communication, transparent culture and internal processes; - We build together one of the best current international product loved by thousands; - Challenging tasks with strict high load requirements; - Awesome teammates hired carefully and thoroughly.

      Cons

      - In some teams you should be ready to work with monolith and legacy codebase, but from other side company goes to Microservice architecture, implements modern tech stack, open for your suggestions and gives time to reduce tech debt.
