      - company is still doing well despite tough economic climate - users love the product & sentiment around brand/product is strong

      Cons

      - leadership misaligned with GTM teams currently (ex: quotas misaligned to exec priorities & company initiatives) - need to continue to differentiate in the market to remain market leader

      Pros

      Miro has been a refreshing change of pace in my career at SaaS companies. I've been at Miro for about 3 years and have experienced extreme growth, constant change, and the best people. Miro really does play as a team -- we've taken the product's mission of "collaboration" to heart in how the team works and includes every team member. I've never been a part of a company where I feel like I can have a real & immediate impact on my team/company, our processes, and how we can be a great place to work. I personally have been mentored by leaders to become a better version of myself professionally, have been given opportunities to learn and grow my skills, have been rewarded and recognized for my hard work through promotions and other accolades, and am surrounded by a team that does not judge me when I have a question or need help.

      Cons

      If you don't consider yourself to be adaptable or are looking for a company that has everything figured out, Miro is not for you. Those things should excite you if you are considering Miro as this is a place where you can make a real impact and help solidify our identity as we grow.

      Pros

      I joined Miro 2,5 years ago, and it was a thrilling and exciting company to work for. The air was electric. Your experience here is very much dependent on your team. I love working at Miro. I have a supportive leader, and have a good amount of career growth. My work life balance is incredible. I feel challenged by my work. We aren't micromanaged.

      Cons

      As we have matured as an organisation, it feels the essence of Miro is on its way out. American leadership who have no idea what this company meant coming in and stripping the life out of it. CPO joined, and coincidentally a layoff happened right away. No more internal events, or days off for our hard work. The biggest thing of all: no works council. Employees have repeatedly asked in public channels and always get a 'it's in the works' response. People working at Miro for longer than their colleagues are underpaid. Salary adjustments (if any) are around 3% based on merit.

We have established an Election Committee that is responsible for hosting the elections and establishing the Works Council for Miro in the Netherlands. The committee is currently in the process of selecting a vendor to support the election process.
