Pros

Miro is an excellent place to be! There are many individuals that are bursting with creative ideas, motivation, and best practices.

Cons

Miro lives by its values every day, however, there is a big gap between the background of the huge success of the company (remote work) and the practices it is implementing now (hybrid). Not only Miro is struggling to hire the best talent in the world, but we start to lose many talented colleagues for that reason.
