Pros

You learn a lot, they have a sales process very structured and managers hands on. Benefits are great and office as well.

Cons

Product is a nice to have. Very micromanaging leaders. Everything is about numbers. You are always shut down on ideas. You always get new loads of asks internally that takes away your time from selling. Promotions are really hard, people have been in same seat for years unless you were favorite you would get promoted.

Pros

Good product and UI than competitors

Cons

A lot of harassment by immoral people including managers. People managers don't have relevant job experience and skills. They are just waiting for a better offer from another unicorn or something and doing nothing.
