Great culture, good room for improvement in SRE area

- the technological stack is quite modern - a log of focused and motived people around (hoverer, naturally, not all of them) - active internal tooling development and improvments - product is quite interesting

Cons

- SRE teams often overvelmmed - priorities changes can be a bit too often for some people

- Love the people I work with. Many are smart and put in their effort to make Miro a great place to work. - Good benefits for employees, including private insurance, pension match and nice allotment of vacation days. - Fantastic product. Miro seems to be loved by many customers.

Cons

- Hiring process can be long and hard to understand the finalizing date. - UK benefits could be improved compared to other offices. - Hard to keep up with all the internal communication as the company is growing a lot and has a ton of noise.
