Pros

loved the people I was working with, same goes for the product. Folks could work hybrid or sometimes even remote-first. Seems like they're not going to change this outlook, at least until I left.

Cons

You have to go out and 'get' info from the business, not always wait until everything has been hashed out for you. Felt a bit like more of a startup still, not for everyone I guess.
