Good benefits, very understanding HR and most managers. Good environment as long as you don't rock the boat.

Cons

European methods do not mesh well with US. Too much emphasis on production numbers but not quality.

Long hours and you work 10 days straight with four days off. your first 2 years in the company you only get 1 week of vacation and this includes sick time and any personal time. The management treat you like you have no opinion and they are really a company you work for until you find something better. This company has HUGE turn over in employees. The quality department is a joke!!!!! The production department is even worse. RUN RUN RUN!!!!!

There is no respect, no team work supervisors,leads and management have no clue on how to run a company.
