Pros

International working environment, good opportunities and relatively nice benefits. You do get your own freedom to be both creative and come up with ideas, and supervisors are feasible and the group culture is inspiring.

Cons

In some departments employee rotation is unfortunately very high but that does not apply to the whole company.

Pros

The people I worked with were great. Good team players trying to do the right thing for customers.

Cons

Upper management makes drastic decisions to reduce costs (increase profits) with dramatic results for customers. Mondi employees credibility suffers with customers due to the numerous plant closures, staff and cost reduction efforts.
