Can't find any to share.

Cons

Management is unable to direct company. Many of the functions there are micromanaged. Plant has lots of issues with production lines. Company constantly lost money. No profits gained during my 4 year employment. Morale was down to the floor. I do not recommend anyone working at Mondi.
