Mondi is an international company, sometimes I feel and see it when I was working in Mondi Izmit plant(in Turkey).

Cons

Mondi Izmit, Turkey plant does not seem totally integrated with the global. I can see the difference point of view of global and local. Izmit company has its own cultural and management structure and in my opinion it does not suit well with Mondi Global.
