I truly believe in what we are doing and that the people to the left and right of me are at the top of their game. There is a real team spirit and do what it takes mentality here. I believe that everyone's opinion is valued and everyone has an opportunity to feedback right to the top levels of management in the company on what's working and what's not working. Great platform, great people, great opportunity overall to make a real impact.
Cons
Its not a 9-5, you take your work home and sometimes the expectations in terms of performance and deliverables are extremely high and hard to achieve - but we do it anyway, because people who join this company are the kind of people who will rally the troops to get the job done. If you are looking for a clock in clock out kind of position, this won't be for you.
