If you go under good leader then you can get more of technical exposure and learn a lot

Cons

More of parliament than a work place. Basically if you belong to Tamil community and your leader is from same community then you will favored other wise poisoned for silly mistakes eg: coming 10 mins late for the 1st time in 2 weeks. Freshers need to nourished rather than tortured
