We are always looking for ways to better serve our clients, and client satisfaction is a top priority. Throughout the year we receive feedback from our clients through numerous formal and informal methods including client surveys. Those include a number of questions ranging from satisfaction with our work to likelihood to recommend. These responses are closely reviewed and analyzed in helping us better respond to our clients’ needs and improve our business solutions. Most recently, with COVID-19, we’ve taken an extra step in providing our clients with extra resources to assess their changing needs and ensure we’re doing everything we can to meet whatever need they have.

      Has some really smart and talented people

      The leadership has very little experience in specific industries and it shows. There is no strategy for new business obtainment and no strategy to bring value to the dwindling client base that haven't left. Culture is lead by fear and intimidation with HR acting as the wolf in sheep's clothing never following through with any promise of investigation. Favoritism is shown exclusively to male employees. Lastly, a compensation plan that allows NTT Data to withhold/ cancel commissions earned for ANY reason they choose and they can and will adjust the contract value post signing and execution without providing any documentation to reduce or eliminate commissions payment .

      Nepotism and favoritism in management, discrimination, no feedback, no raises despite good reviews for years.
