      “Amazing Opportunity” -Disappointing Reality

      Global exposure and very intelligent architects and engineers.

      Cons

      Very poorly developed internal systems making it difficult to perform basic functions. Leadership has very little knowledge of how processed flow internally and lack the industry knowledge to remain competitive in today’s evolving tech sector. Targets are far to aggressive to obtain and are designed to decrease employee payouts. By far the lowest commission structure I have seen. Leadership will embellish OTE without presenting targets and relevant territory performance prior to hiring. No work culture and people are all exhausted while leadership sip on scotch and watch their fish tanks in their office refusing to contribute.

      On time off work. On time release salary. Just be an obedient dog.

      Lots of Indians..! Need to learn how to boot licking and your life over there will be blessed.

      Company which actually believes in ensuring the employees get the bonus at the end of the year

      Cons

      No business controls, no controls on expenses and travel at some level. You need to know people at senior level to get the right opportunities. Company claims to be non-hierarchical but that's the biggest lie I have seen.
